Serene, Prathima to launch `400-cr senior living projects in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: Serene Communities by Columbia Pacific, a senior living operator, has announced a strategic partnership with Hyderabad-based Prathima Group to develop two premium senior living projects in the city, marking its formal entry into Telangana. The collaboration represents an investment of Rs 400 crore, combining Serene’s global expertise in senior care with Prathima’s strong legacy in real estate development.
The first project under this partnership, Serene BILVANI One, has received RERA approval and is being launched in Shankarpally, one of Hyderabad’s green, low-density suburbs. The second project will be announced in the coming months.

Serene BILVANI is designed to promote comfort, dignity, and independent living for seniors. Built around the principles of positive ageing, the project integrates elegant architecture, senior-friendly design, rich amenities, and clinical support.
The project will feature 265 residences across 2 & 3 BHK homes ranging from 1,025 to 1,700 sq. ft., all 100 per cent vastu-compliant and priced from Rs60 lakh onwards. The project is developed by Sri BILVANI Homes LLP under licence from Prathima Group and designed by Clark Lloyd Architects. The project includes clinical oversight from KITES Senior Care and preventive wellness technology through SeniorShield, ensuring 24x7 health support and proactive wellbeing. Key amenities include a senior-friendly gym, spa, physiotherapy centre, therapy gardens, walking and cycling tracks, and landscaped open spaces that encouragemovement and mindfulness.
